Ein typisches KITCHEN BREW, in dem alle Ideen von Gründer Fabian stecken, wie ein neues Bier schmecken soll, inspiriert von der nordamerikanischen Craft Bier-Welt.
Trotz allen weiteren Sorten immer noch ein ausserordentlich komplexes KITCHEN BREW. Die mitteleuropäischen amber-farbenen Biere im nordamerikanischen Stil neu, mutig und gehaltvoll interpretiert. Dunkel-bernsteinfarben mit einem Rot-Ton. Präsente angenehme Bitterkeit. Leichte malzige Süsse und klare Karamellnoten, insgesamt aber trotzdem eher trocken. Leichte Röstnoten. Fruchtig-würziges Hopfenaroma.
Unfiltriert. Mit mutig viel Malz und Hopfen gebraut. Taste the craft!

Thanks Christine for this bottle coming from smart beer. A second round for this beer and it is fair pale ale, the prduct that you can expect, trying jt just before to go to Spain, at home, Epalinges. This one is dry, malty, correct bitterness, citrus, 23.10.22

Bottle from Drinks of the World, Zürich HB. Drank from bottle, but tastes clear amber red. Pleasantly balanced caramel, good grassy bitterness and classic cascade notes, quick finish.

Bottle from Drinks of the World, St. Gallen. Almost clear amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light hoppy - old hops. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 250724

dark amber to chestnut colour, medium sized creamy beige-ish head; aroma of orange peel, marmalade, grapefruit,pine resiny and toffee notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with some over-roasted sunflower seeds; good one

Many Thanks for this Amber ale to CH-303. Srednia piana, srednio trwala, barwa bursztynowa, jasno brazowa do lekko czerwonej. Pachnie szarlotka i chmieleniem amerykanskim. Dobre, wyraziste, subtelny karmelek, ale sporawa dawka chmilelu Cascade. Dobry gorzki posmak pozostawia.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazt amber to brown. Small tan head. Aroma is toffee to breadish malt. Medium dry. Toasted and breadish, slight toffee caramelish. Toasted finish.

[Basel 2018] Draft glass @ All Bar One. Amber, creamy tanned head. Nose is pine, syrupy, caramel malt. Malt heavy, biscuit, low sugary, caramel, pine, orange peel. More malty. Crude & bit imperfect but pleasant to drink.
