Unfiltriert. Mit mutig viel Malz und Hopfen gebraut. Taste the craft!

Tap at All Bar One Basel. Almost glowing reddish-brown with a low, fine head. Nose is hay, manure, old chocolate, soy sauce. Yuck. Burnt soy flavor, lemon, slightly roasty. Super weird and not nice.

On tap at Microbrewer Armageddon Zurich. Hazy dark amber color with small beige head. Aroma is amber malts, some hop characteristics. Taste is caramel malts and everything you’d expect from a slightly hoppier Amber Ale. Carbonation is fine-bubbled, present, and fits. Yes, quite American indeed.

Bottle at Pibar, Lausanne, 5.8% ABV
Amber color, dark and clear, with red hue, small head. Mild aroma of caramel, but also a bit creamy and buttery. Dry mouthfeel; the malt has some caramel and paper flavor; the hopping is not very expressive.
Simple.
