Orange color. Low carbonation. Sour yeast aroma. Flavor is surprisingly sweet even with. Te sour yeast. Good. Some vinegar.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy peach with a white head that dissipates to the edges quickly. Aroma has earthy peach and dry barrel with some funk and grains supporting. Flavor has intense sour peach, acid and dry barrel with light grain backbone.

Draft. Earthy peach, yeast, biscuit malt, and hay aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with small head. Light sweet-tart lemon, peach, biscuit malt, and dry hay flavor. Nice body. Very nice.
