Fruity and refreshing Red Ale. Fruity hoppy notes with a hint of caramel, well balanced with an harmonious bitterness on the finish.

Bottle from Beers’n’more. An okay alt, but rather boring. Some fruity malts that are present until the finish. Low carbonation, but not flat.

Bottle [from trade with CH-303] @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes. Slightly unclear dark orange to reddish color, small to average sized off-white head. Aroma is lightly malts and lightly fruity. Taste lightly malts, lightly a hint of fruitpeel. Hard to describe. Does not taste like any Altbier I know. Drinkable though.

Bottle @ benzai. Hazy amber colour with a small off-white head. Smells perfume, fruity, sweet, slightly hop. Tastes malts, caramel, hops, slightly fruity, slightly salty and wheat. Wouldn’t have guessed this is an altbier. Medium body, soft carbo, nice

Bottle, 4.5%. The aroma starts off citric, almost sour. Turns more citric, hoppy. Cloudy amber colour. OK white head. The flavour is moldy with a good Brett note. Not as citric as many other Brett beers, but with a good funky note. Other than that, it is fairly straightforward, even simple. But all in all good.

Clear, butter and malty aroma with sourish touches and notes of malt and hops. Dusty flavour with notes of hops and malt and touches of caramel. Hints of fruit. Dusty and bitetr aftertaste. Decent. On tap at Tipi Bar Siviez, Switzerland. The only real craft beer bar on 4 Vallees ski area. There’s many bar/restauran at the slopes having Heineken, Cardinal, Erdinger, etc. but only here I’ve managed to find BFM beers. So I was pilgrim here every day. La Cuivree, La Salamandre and La Torpille available at the time. Orange/amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, mild fruity caramel nose. Sweetish malty, fruity, light spicy and caramel with notes of yeast in the finish. Pleasant one.

Nice brown color with good amount of foam. Aroma of flowery hops and a bit nutty with roasted malts. Taste is malty, bready, slightly sour and with a bitter finish. A good and easy beer, BFM’s standard.
