Eine Kooperation mit der französischsprachigen schweizer Brauerei und dem bekanntem Schweizer Gertänkehändler. Ich bin kein großer Freund von NE IPAs, aber dieses finde ich nicht übel. Es hat die klassische, recht harte Bitterkeit, wird aber etwas abgefangen von einer Zwickel-artigen Hefigkeit. Es ist wohl süffig, da die Aromen ganz gut harmonieren. Es mag keine Meisterleistung sein, aber doch ein gutes Bier, das sicher seine Freunde finden wird, auch wenn es sich meiner Meinung noch unfertig anfühlt.

Appearance: Light orange golden, very hazy. Good amount of creamy, off-white head. Aroma: Nice fruits, tropical fruits. Good hops. Taste: Lots of fruits, exotic fruits, goof hops. Lasting bitterness. Bought: Drinks of the World (Basel), 330 ml, CHF 5.70 Info: 2/3-2019, BB: 31/8-2019

330 ml. bottle split by two @ Hostel in Zürich. Hazy golden, nut not really haze hazy with creamy white head. Nose is nicely juicy white grapy, oily, low milky,… Taste is bit chalky with lovely white grape, oily litchi, grape, tropical, chalky, great cheese, not really NEIPA as expected but very lovely cheese & massive white grape so very tasty overall.
