Stallfuchs Red Ale ist ein Kollaborationsbier von Bier Factory und der Stallbar in Jona. Ein kupferrotes Ale mit einer ausgewogenen Malzsüsse, dezenten Hopfenbittere und einer leichten Fruchtnote des Hopfens. Ausbalanciert und süffig – sowohl für den Feierabend wie auch zur nächtlichen Stunde.

Small off-white head, retreating over unclear brown-amber beer. Nutty nose, hazelnuts, bit of chocolate, and a lot of brown bread, breadcrust. Sweetish with lightly coloured malts, bready, nutty. Bit of old grains. Flavours have some persistance, but after a few moments, everything fades away, except for the 'nuttiness' - mainly walnut in the aftertaste. Light bodied, bit slick, good carbonation. OK, if nothing more. Txs to Joren for bringing!

hazy amber colour, large, dense beige-ish ecru head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of intensive fruity, some bready and caramel notes; taste is the same with some roasted bitterness; not bad at all

Murky dirty red. Aroma of red currants, a touch floral, a bit of bubblegum. Taste mildly sweet, quickly trending both herbal and metallic bitter with a tongue-numb finish.

On tap at The Alehouse - Palmhof, pours a hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out bready malt and very restrained hops. Flavour is balanced well, with bready malt, restrained hops, and almost a British bready character. Decently constructed but unexciting.

Sampled draft @ The Alehouse. Amber red hue, little off-white head. Nose is overly sweet vegetable, herbal, weeds. Taste is strange weird raisin, bitter vegetable, unpleasantly bitter weeds & vegetable, bread.
