Pours orange peach into a shaker. White head quickly fizzles and crackles to nothing. Cranberry and marshmallow aromas. Sharp with salted marshmallow upfront turning to tart cranberry before the lasting pie crust finish.

4 oz pour on draft at Spacebar. Clear pinkish orange with off-white head. Aromas of stone fruit, light tart notes. Tastes of light tart acidic notes, stone fruit, berries, light salt. Light body with a dry finish. Pretty tasty, liked this more than Devils Backbone’s version.

This was poured into a pokal.
The appearance was a hazy burnt pink color with a quickly dissipating fizzy white head (I find that with most American made goses).
The smell has the tart/sourness of the cranberry up front and then some \"lemon\". Saltiness is ever so slight.
The flavor is basically the same and the sourness seems to come from the cranberry more than the portion of wheat. There’s no aftertaste nor finish.
On the palate, this one was light bodied with a low riding carbonation. Nothing clings to my tongue, no bitterness, no harshness, no tartness, no sourness.
Overall, as a gose, its a bit lighter than American made ones, do-able here in the states with a decent creativity by LT. I could have this again.

Draught at the brewery, 5/21/16.
Clear cranberry pulp colored body shows light carbonation but not enough to retain much of a head, which is initially pink-flecked beige.
Cranberry acids, pulp and light vanilla are all you can make of the aroma. There’s maybe a passing suggestion of cellar-like mustiness, but most likely that’s simply because I’m searching for something more rustic/funky, given the name.
Huge cranberry flavor is certainly authentic/well-executed as very light sugars from the malt balance the rather easygoing cranberry acidity. Some skin-like tannin as well, but a bit of excess sweetness builds up on the finish and the texture has just a touch of syrup to it. Moderate carbonation, somewhat loose at times and really very little gose qualities to this. Had they called this "Cranberry Ale" I’d have been highly impressed, but as a gose, this seems very lackluster.

Draft at the Brewery. Light pink, dirty ornage color. Aroma is cranberry (can you believe it) salt and sulfur. Yeah... what I expected.
Flavor is sulfer and salt forward. The berry comes in at the end. Lightly tart. Mouthfeel is sorry/ high. It ok.
