Gold with a frothy, white head. Smells like a mediocre Dortmunder—metallic with dough-like undertones. Taste is a little more interesting, grassy bitter with a touch of spice at the finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Alcohol well hidden. Drinkable. Underwhelming though for a Weihnachtsbock.

Bottle @ Franken. Pours clear yellow Golden with a small White head. Very fresh. Chewy malty. Bread and grains. Super Smooth. Short Dry bitter finish. Clean and Well executed. 3.6

Bottle. Pours a clear gold colour with a tight white head, light hop aroma, the taste is medium bitterness with a dry fruity finish.

500ml bottle from Beer Moth, Manchester. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aromas & tastes of light citrus, bread, yeast & sweet malt. Moderate body. Slightly sweet malty light bitter finish. Very enjoyable

Large foamy white head on a finely carbonated dull golden coloured body. Grain, cardboard & cereal aroma. Medium bodied, foamy with a cloying back. Malt, sweet berry, stone fruit &alt tastes with a fruity finish. Tastes like San Miguel!

Bottle from a local supermarket. Looks good. Beer in the glass deep golden, nice head. Mild malty aroma. Starts fine malty, spicy, mild metallical touch. Notes of some herbs. Finish well balanced, still fine mild-spicy-malty. Not bad!
Watching Die Hard, German beer and the lebkuchen. Class.

50cl bottle from Getränke Winkler in Bernau am Chiemsee. F: medium, white, good retention. C: pale gold, clear. A: malty, bready, floral hoppy. T: medium malty base, bready, bit caramel, light hoppy with nice balanced bitterness, medium carbonation, good, enjoyed.
