Munich 2018. Thank you Jonas! 500 ml. bottle sampled. Clear pale golden, small soapy white head. Nose is cereal, vegetable, corn. Taste is corn, cereal, sweet grain & bread.

Thuis uit en fles (50cl), gekregen van Huub. Na een mooie wandeling door Den Haag, trek in een lekkere pils. Zeer helder goudgeel, wit schuim, prima smaak. Dit is blijkbaar een märzen, maar dat zegt me (nog) niks.

Bottle. Clear yellow color with white head (what exactly is Märzen about this?) Aroma is fresh-citrusy, bready, a bit grassy, surprisingly hoppy, but it doesn’t last longer than one or two "sniffs". Taste is, compared to the aroma, quite weak, some sweetish malts, some bananas, a bit grassy. Oily mouthfeel, but rather light-bodied. Nothing special about this, although it really is easy to drink.

Clear medium golden colour, tall frothy white head, half-way lasting, good lacing. Aroma is sweet malty, grain, bread, hay. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, light grassy. Sweetbitter aftertaste, medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation. Decent and drinkable but more an Export than a Märzen.

0,5 l bottle bought at Brause Syndikat, BI.Clear yellow golden in the glass, big white fast fading head. Some grain with sweetness on the nose. Taste starts malty, some sweetness, grainy grassy in the second part. Little bit spicy. Nice and easy to drink.

The beer is malty, quite sharp-unround in the mainpart with a malty and slightly sweetish body. The aftertaste is slightly bitter, a bit smooth, malty and quite easy to drink, but not too deep in aroma.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldenes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, würzig, leicht fruchtig. Geschmack malzig fruchtig, getreidig, leichte Bitterkeit.
