Dieses Imperial Stout ist 3 Monate im Tank, dann 4 Monate in Andalusischen Oloroso Sherry Fässern und dann nochmal 1,5 Monate im Tank gelegen. Ein Biererlebnis der ganz besonderen Art. Aromen von Sherry, Holz, Dörrobst, Vanille und Kakao kommen hier zum Vorschein.

Thanks Stefan & Jonas! At Frisches Bier. Dark dark brown with light but fine brown head. Aroma: raisins, plums. Taste: first sip felt like sweetness but quickly faded to dry/astringent much-roasted grains. Soy sauce then kicks in for a strange lingering aftertaste. Interesting to split, with at least 3 people. A little Sherry sweetness comes thorough but more would be better.
