Bottle at the inn in Natchez. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose has some crispy, pale bread, faint lemon rind, hay. Light-medium sweet flavour with more crispy, somewhat crackery pale malts, a little bitter grass, some floral and citrus notes. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with sweet, pale bread, further grass, mild lemon, hay. So so.

12oz bottle scooped up at Dutch’s in Cincinnati. Unfiltered orange-tan body with a steady off-white head. Cool, crisp aroma. Classic US IPA, maybe leaning towards the East with its chewy malt tones. Hops are ever-present, but never really dominating. Overall this is better than most IPAs out there, I’d gladly scoop up a sixpack of it.

Cloudy amber, thin, off-white head. Light caramel, bread aroma...a hint of ginger. Taste is mild, caramel leafy bitter, peel, malty. Very light and easy. Not bad.

12 ounce bottle from Belmont Party Supply. Pours a very hazy orange color with a medium creamy tan head. Good head retention. Big caramel malts in the aroma with a bitter hop finish. The taste is bitter citrus hops, berries and toffee malts. Bitter throughout. Thin-medium bodied. Decent.

Pours a clear orange color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to a film. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of grassy hops, citrus and sweet malt. The finish is fruity with a short hoppy aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Hazy copper/orange with a tan head. Crips citrus and herbal hops in the aroma with biscuit malt as well. Full body. Flavor is much like the aroma with the citrus and light herbal notes. Biscuit malts and light spicing finish this IP off. A bit different than normal IPAs. Not better or worse, really, just solid.

Thanks to alexsdad06 for this one - 12oz bottle - pours a hazy dark copper, with a rather flimsy lace - aroma of earthy hops, sugar coated citrus, caramel, cherries - rather sweet/malty in the nose - the hops do come through more in the flavor, especially up front - however, that malty caramel sweetness really explodes through the middle, and really gets in the way of that hop profile - some bready, british-like maltiness - a bit of diacetyl arrives late, and is more pronounced as it warms, which makes it less enjoyable - a bit more like a strong bitter than an IPA - flawed in several ways, but still worth drinking.
