Fles 50cl thuis. Zachte rooksmaak, banaan, carameltonen, fruitig, romig, abrikoos, redelijk zoet, wat droog, klein zuurtje. (14-5-2023).

Optisch einwandfrei, in der Nase dezent Rauch. Im Trunk dann im Vergleich zum Schlenkerla recht zurückhaltend, kaum Rauch. Für Raucheinsteiger quasi.

Bottle at Hopdog, 23rd June 22. Pours a dark hazy and thick orange brown. Aroma is clove and spice, banana, bready. Taste is cloves, lots of spice, banana and wheat, citrus and refreshing. Really enjoyable

Bottle at Zum Franziskaner. Hazy dark golden with a large white head. Mild smoke, light spices and some fruit. Kind of soft and easy to drink.

Yellow colour with quick fading head. Aroma starts a bit musty. Some sulphur too. Toasted wheat. Light clove.

Bottle. Color: Hazy orange amber, white head. Aroma: Wheat malt, yeasty notes. Taste: Wheat malt, subtle herbal and subtle yeasty notes. Light caramel and banana hints. Very light smoke and orange peel hints. Just under medium body, a little watery at some times, average carbonation. Quite smooth, bit foamy mouthfeel. Over moderate sweet, light bitterness. Ok.

Amber with a frothy, white head. Aroma of campfire, bananas, pears. Taste is mildly bitter with an upsurge of oily smokiness at the finish. Body to the lighter side of medium, texture slightly watery. Nice.

Tap @ the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, wheat malt, hops and has a nice yeasty finish.
