Bottle picked up from Hier-Gibt's-Bier webshop, Eckersdorf Franconia. Had this at home Friday 19th March 2021, we did a fantastic mountain walk today 11km at Hörnle near Bad Kohlgrub, lots and lots of snow, we had a great Pastitsio for tea. This pours light/mid gold, slight haze, white head atop. Grassy hoppy nose, some fruit also. Has a pleasant easy going, rustic feel to this, it's simple, nice, hugely glugable, grassy, a little bready, fruity, light maltiness, good beer, I really drank this fast.

Dark golden with the slightest haziness to it. A large bubbled but somehow quite dense white head shows good retention and nice lacing. In the aroma: light but fragrant crackery malts base, fresh grassiness, light fruity notes showcase lemon and light apple. Perhaps a mineral hint too. Reasonably intense and vivid. Taste is medium sweet and medium to light bitter, with overall excellent balance. Taste notes as per aroma; grassiness and fruity notes are well integrated in a semi-sweet but somehow still dry enough and mouth-cleansing finish. Light bodied with low to medium carbonation; easy, smooth mouthfeel. A well-made, highly drinkable, slightly rustic keller.

Bottle. Golden color, almost no head., clear. Just a bit of soap and citrus in the aroma. Firm flowery hoppy flavor with fruity notes (especially citrus) and a hopbitter, almost vinous finish.

Bottle [from Euro Swap 2018-3 thanks to Rauchbierlover] @ home. Lightly hazy pale yellow pale golden color, full sized white head. Aroma is malts, a bit unfresh. Flavor is malts, slightly sweetish notes, some grainy notes, more bitterness than I had expected. Hmm hard to describe. Overall: mwah.

500ml bottle. Milky, yellow-ish golden colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Yeasty spicy and strawy malty aroma, waxy-soapy undertones. Taste is minimally sweet malty, minimally husky and strawy, sweet-ish bready, minimally grassy and mildly bitter hoppy counterweight; light and slightly watery, well carbonated, highly drinkable and refreshing.
