Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster is a Belgian-style Double IPA brewed with Australian Galaxy hops. The nose is an impressive dank blend of citrus aromas reminiscent of guava and lemons, very green and fresh with subtle Belgian yeast esters. An intense clean bitterness dominates the flavor profile with little malt character to compete with. A slight, fruity yeast sweetness is noticeable in the finish alongside a resounding bitterness.

When blowOffTube said he was holding my BIF box to wait for this release I wasnt sure what to think, but I am glad he did! Pours hazy orange amber with a small off-white head and good lacing on the glass. Aroma is citra-esque with notes of pine, grapefruit, passionfruit, dank leaves, grass, caramel. Flavor is very dank right from the start, earth and tropical citrus. Light sweet, resinous, piney, mowed grass, yeast, zesty bitter orange peel. Medium bitter. Medium body. This was an enjoyable drink - thanks!

Draft at Crunchy’s, East Lansing. Cloudy medium orange body, thin ring of off-white carbonation. The nose is a huge punch of resiny, sweet tangerine and passion fruit. Leafy body, bitter with tangerine, passion fruit, and citrus rind, nice blend of sugars and bitterness but not heavy or cloying. Oily, slick, and delicious.
