Trotz guter Substanz recht neutral und nichtssagend. Ein Weißbier wie es viele gibt. Nicht so gut wie sein Ruf. Andere Biere von Schneider sind deutlich besser.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy orange, foamy head, not long lasting. Very estery, bread, clove, banana, citrus notes, some sparkling wine. Dry fruity sourness, minimum bittersweet. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry finish. Decent classic Weißbier.

Frothy white head stayed on a slightly hazy light amber coloured, highly carbonated body. Wheat & floral aroma. Medium bodied, tingly to the fore with a soft back. Sweet malt tastes with hops, summer berry, banana, clove & spices.

Tap at Schniders, Munchen, 11th January 19. Pours a light hazy straw colour, limited head compared to the others today. Aroma is grass and hay, spice, citrus. Taste is light banana, yeast, citrus, coriander. Pleasant and easy drinking, compared to the heavier beasts.
