Bottle shared with the boys, cellared this one for almost 3 years. Idk if it was the time or I just happened to be particularly enjoying this, but it did click for me. Round, balanced and smooth, super easy to drink but it’s still complex and nuanced, it’s funky, pleasantly acidic, quite fruity and vineous. Very nice.

Bottle, corked and caged. Hazy orange/yellow pour, with a huge white head. Aroma is super funky, barnyard, sharp, funky lemon rind, and wet hay. Mouth feel is very lively, with a very high carb. Finish is lightly bitter, quite tart, but super funky, with more barnyard flavours, with some wey hay, and preserved lemon.

Bottle, 6.6%. Good citric and acetic aroma. Not extremely powerful, but enough to make my mouth water. White wine notes in the aroma, too. Hazy light golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is acidic and lemony with a good white wine note. Grape shells. Acetic finish, quite satiating and satisfying. Sort of mellow in comparison to other lambieks.

Bottle. Pours hazy straw with stable white head. Dusty and vinous aroma of Lambic yeast, with touches of malt and vermouth barrel. Intensely dry, vinous flavour with touches of spices, barrel and malt. Intensely dry aftertaste with estery and funky hints. A nice one.

750 mL bottle. Pours a clear, golden color, with a big, fizzy, white head. The aroma is lemon zest, grassy hops, passion fruit, cloves, and mild almond. Sweet and sugary, with a mild bitterness, and a light sour flavor. Light body, musty, and acidic. Easy, smooth, and clean.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Lightly hazed gold with small white head. Oak, funk, mild vermouth. Decent.

750mL bottle, pours a mostly clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of barnyard funk, gentle vermouth barrels, and a touch of hay. Flavour is full of barnyard funk, vermouth, and a touch of lemon. Lots of barnyard funk and lemon. The vermouth is less pronounced. Nice funk and balance. Very good.

Pale yellow hazy. Dry mineral notes of Boon. Subtle herbal notes probably from the Vermouth. Very dry finish. Soft wood notes.
