On tap at the brewpub. An unclear orange to golden beer with a creamy off-white head. Banana, cloves and some bubblegum on the nose. Quite sweet on the palate, with some bitterness as well as banana and cloves. Bubblegum towards the end. Full body, smooth. A very nice hefe actually. 130818

Bottle (courtesy of Ibrew2or3) . Sweet peach, banana, clove and musk aroma. Cloudy golden yellow color with moderate head. Slightly sweet banana, funky musk and wheat malt flavor. Medium body. Not bad - different spiciness than the typical Hefeweizen.

Labeled simply as Oak Creek Hefeweizen. Melon aroma of over ripe canteloupe with clove accents. Opaque golden with many fine floaties, headless. Tastes as it smells, with canteloupe even more in the forefront. Finishes clean. Watery and weak.. Not a typical hefeweizen, but tastes fine.

Muddy blond color. Very light aroma. Quite ordinary What Ale flavor, a bit sweetish, very light spices, light orange peel. Correct bitterness for this beer. Simple.
