Purchased at the farm. Sweet, tart apple and light vinegar aroma. Honey yellow color. Sweet apple flavor up front followed by a tart, barnyard finish. Excellent body. A great traditional Scrumpy.

Polycask at Banbury Beer Festival, Oxon, 07-05-09 Pours mid gold. I thought that the Ross on Wye single varietal ’Browns Apple’ might have been my favourite of the evening but this one, my last of the evening was quite stunning. wonderful floral aroma with violet’s, bluebell and elderflower. Stunningly juicy with an amazingly zappy tang, really bursting with appley flavours quite superb. A8 A3 F8 P4 Ov17 3.9
