Bottle All In Beer Fest 2021-11-06 Göteborg AR: sweet ginger (preserved thai ginger), evident honey AP: clear golden, no head F: sweet ginger (preserved thai ginger), evident honey, Timo said that the brew tasted like those dried ginger candies - spot on, mate!

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Pours clear blonde, smell is spicy, ginger is mild. Taste is full, sweet, creamy, mild alcohol heath. Lots of ginger spice ( also giving some 'heat' ) , nice, but not my preference in mead.
