Pours gold Flavors and aromas of ginger and spicy honey. A bit of char and spicy heat to finish. Neat!

On tap at Shelton Festival, pours a yellow gold with no head. The aroma is honey, spice, ginger. Light body, ginger, caramel, honey, boozy finish, very nice.

Pours clear blonde, smell is spicy, ginger is mild. Taste is full, sweet, creamy, mild alcohol heath. Lots of ginger spice ( also giving some 'heat' ) , nice, but not my preference in mead.

Sample at AIBF 2017. Pale, clear, yellow. Loads of ginger and some floral sweetness, red apples. Super sweet and spicy. Fun to try.

Bottle courtesy of Timo. Clear viscous golden pour. Schramm's ginger with slightly spicier ginger and slightly less complex honey. Delicious!
