330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally bready, wheaty malty aroma, weak citrusy fruity and spicy overtones, hints of white bread crust, a touch of orange and coriander. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally sugary, wheaty malty and slightly yeasty fruity, minimally spicy and citrusy fruity, hints of banana, a minimally doughy touch, a touch of coriander, lemon and orange peel as well. Slightly creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium, dense, foamy, prickly carbonation. Fairly refreshing, nice mouthfeel, not overly intense overall - OK.

Sampler draft @ Street Feast Bxl.

[33cl bottle from Beer52.] A hazy pale amber pour with a tight cream coloured head; aroma of yeast and coriander; smooth and creamy in the mouth with a grainy body and a fresh and crisp yeast and coriander taste; then a dry finish with some biscuit and a trace of banana. An excellent Witbier.
