Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of brett, funk, and tea. The flavor is sour with notes of brett, fruity yeast, tea, and lemons, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle. Clear and intense golden/orange with a white foam quite persistent. Nose: Brett, yellow fruit pulp, apricot jam, jasmine, wine cellar. Mouth: medium-high carbonation, tart, sharp sourness, malty notes.

Bottle. Color: Hazy orangish golden, dense white head. Aroma: Tart grapes and gooseberries, funky. Taste: Medium tart, tart grapes, tannins, farm barn and even more wet horse blanket funk. Light sweetness. Some wood. Light herbal hints. I think this one is more tart than any other Ca' del Brado beer I've had so far. Medium body, below average carbonation. Bit foamy and very dry mouthfeel. Quite a lot of wet dog funk at the long lasting tart fruity finish. Edit: Gets a little less sour and a little less funky when standing longer.

Draught Good head, white, if fast dwindling over clear darker golden beer. Herbs, tea, sage, root spices aromas. Sourish, malty-herbal, lemon notes. Sharp MF, acidthinning, really a bit light. OK, nothing special.
