Notert på ølfestivalen på Nibbe, okt-19: nesten helt klar dyp gylden med kort skum. Rips, citrus, villgjær, stikkelsbær, vanilje og hint av et gammelt lærbelte. Den slanke kroppen bærer allikevel alle inntrykkene fint frem. Lettdrikkelig med elegant skjult vitamininnhold. Mersmaken er tydelig til stede.

Bottle, 75cl. It's a very lightly hazy one, deep golden in color, with a thin film of bubbles on tap. Funky aroma, barnyard, leather and lemon, with a good dash of berries. Gooseberries, vinegar hints and a dash of oak. It's full bodied, dry and soft on the palate, with a pleasant tannin hint. Berries, some vinegar and oak, vague hints of booze, and a pleasant funk in the flavor. Lasting finish. A pleasant one indeed, could perhaps wish for more barrel impact, but it sure works fine as it is. 190929
