Bottle at home. One year bottle. Pours a clear amber colour with nearly no head. Aroma of apple cider vinegar, juniper, heather, goose berries, oak, green grapes, horse and some apricots. Flavour of heather, goose berries, grass, oak, apple cider vinegar and some apricots, fudge and alcohol. Has a slick mouth feel, medium to full body and a light bitterness. Complex and rich aroma, and a nice balanced sourness. Suprisingly easy-drinking.

Bottle. Color: Orange golden, white head. Aroma: Wild yeast, funky leather, moderate tart fruity, wood. Taste: Over moderate tart, white berries, quite a lot of tannins, wood, clearly present yet subtle leathery funk. Citrus hints. Bit vinuous, white wine. Moderate sweet and light bitterness. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Medium body, under average carbonation. Nice complexity and very well balanced.

29 November 2019. At Billie's Craft Beer Fest. Cheers to the lovely Anke, tderoeck, 77ships & Ghent beer crew! Clear red, very thin, pink head. Aroma of redcurrant, raspberry, wheat, lemon, yeast, bread. Taste has sour redcurrant, sweet raspberry, bready-yeasty profile, bitter wood with a herbal touch. Tart, slightly hoppy finish, more red fruit, ending quite woody bitter, vinously alcoholic. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Nice, something different.

Draught No head, clear pale cognac coloured beer. Wild yeasts, alcoholbarrels, fino sherry, the Armagnac, vinous. Again a beautiful balance between vinous acidity and barrel-ripened alcohol. Sherry once more noticable than Armagnac. Unfortunately, no trace of whitecurrant, one of my favourite fruits. Rather unripe kiwi or passion fruit, maybe peach. Acidthinning, almost no carbonation, slick but thin. Special beer, ideosyncratic.
