Egy kicsit csavartunk a dolgon, hiszen az eredeti gose kevésbé komlózott és talán markánsabban sós. Mi a világ egyik legkülönlegesebb fajtáját használtuk fel a hidegkomlózáshoz: a Motueka-t.

Can at Soleil. Pours opaque golden with a thin head. Nose is moderately tart, spicy and malty. Taste is tart, other than this rather malty, there's some spice, a touch of salt too. Light tart finish, easy, refreshing body and soft carbo. Not sour enough.

From tap at Borefts 2018. Sourish and a bit salty with notes of lychee, gooseberries, and lemon. Tart and sourish flavour, light body. Nice classic style Gose, can't fault this.

Can on the 'Balaton - NO Brush' charter train from Fonyod back to Budapest Deli, picked up from Beer Selection, Budapest, 10/06/23. Hazed orange topped with an off white cap. Nose is mixed citric zest, grass, herb, soured fruit esters. Taste comprises grass, lemon rind, on the turn mango, papaya, green berry must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering edge. Decent refresher.

Canned 330ml. -at Beerselection Budapest. Unclear pale golden coloured, medium sized airy white head, light salty fruity nose. Dry and light acidic taste with fruity and earthy notes. Subdued salty.

0,33 can.Filtered, light gold color, large foam when pouring, then quickly subsides, looks strongly carbonated. The aroma is delicate, citrusy, tart, reminiscent of grapefruit, quite good. Medium body, not watery compared to the 4.
5 alcohol. Sour base taste, really sharp carbonated. You can feel a little fruitiness, a little coriander spiciness, but more of a delicate lemony sourness with a lime effect dominates. A faint salty feeling is really noticeable. It wasn't bad at all.

Szűrt, világos- arany szín, kitöltéskor nagy, majd gyorsan elapadó hab, ránézésre erősen szénsavasnak tűnik. Illata finom, citrusos, fanyar, grapefruit-ra emlékeztető, elég jó. Test közepes, a 4,
5-ös alkoholhoz képest azért nem is vizes hatású. Savanyú alapíz, valóban szúrósan szénsavas. Érződik egy kis gyűmölcsösség, kis korianderes fűszeresség, de inkább lime-os hatású finom citromos savanyúság dominál. Egy halvány kis sós érzés valóban érezhető. Egyáltalán nem volt rossz.
