To Øl collab with apple blossoms, cherry blossoms, pear blossoms and Lilacs. Inoculated with Brus´wild yeast in Lindheim coolship. Fermented in open-top barrels with lots of flowers and spruce tips.

Aroma: sourish, funky, weird, spicy and herbal. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of vinegar, super acidic, acid burning your throat, I don’t want to know what this is doing to my enamel… No good. Aftertaste: more sour, little fruity, pretty disappointing. Don’t like it.

Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has notes of malt, tartness, citrus, grape, lactic, brett, funk and hint of vinegar. Taste is light sweet, medium to heavy sour with a long dry, tart, citrus, funky and slight fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft

On tap @ What’s Brewing, Stavanger. Pours hazy orange, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity notes, with hay, grass, floral notes, currants and grassy notes, as well as fruity brett and minerals. Creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of hay, grapes, plums, musty fruit peel and minerals, as well as sour candy and grassy notes.
