Bottle. Almost clear golden body under a small white head. Nice, pleasant funky aroma with some apple, oak, flower and mild acidity. Taste is fresh and acidic with apple cider, quite much wood, tannins, and cellar note. After a few sips there is a hint of vinegar from apple cider and some citric zest as well. Fine body and nice, long lasting aftertaste ending with some more pronounced bitterness. Nice, sour and complex.

375ml bottle. Pours hazed golden amber, thin white ring circling the glass. Pleasant wild lambic aroma. Fantastically crisp and tangy on the palate with a bristling natural spritz. However its floral elements are sadly lacking, though a distant red wine warmth starts to emerge. It has a bright and vibrant wild character, and would otherwise score much higher if it actually presenting much in the way of floral notes. Still very enjoyable tho.

Bottle, 375 ml corked. It pours a more or less clear golden body, and close to no head. Barnyard, lemon, vinegar, wood notes and some gooseberries in the aroma. It's tart, softly carbonated and medium bodied. Lightly flowery flavor with lemon and a good dash of vinegar in the flavor. Funky, lightly woody. Long tart, fruity and vinegar-ish finish. A bit much on the vinegar side this one, still it's a pleasant experience. 200421

Due to insufficient lighting conditions, arbitrary rating for appearance Sour-fruity nose, sour pineapple, floral, hint @ passion fruit, whitecurrant. Quite some barnyard odours. Very sour, lemon, unripe fruit, lactic acid, buttermilk. Sour oranges, cheesecake with lemonjuice. Wry, apre acidburn and -thinning, but still it doesn't wring. Lipsmacking acidity, dry-out effect. Sharper than other Lindheims I tried, but still pretty rewarding.

Pours clear blonde. Smell is tart, taste is tart, dry, acetic acid ( mild ) , lemon tartness. The additions don't really show, not is it that floral in general.
