Beer of pure barley malt, 5° degrees. Silver medal at US beer tasting (July 2018) with 87/100 points. Winner ad "Cerevisia Award" 2015 in Italy, Perugia: Best lager beer of south Italy and islands. Beer of straw color, with white foam, fine and persistent. At nose dominate notes of malt, vanilla, cereal, floral. In mouth very balanced, with hints of malt and vanilla. A well balanced and refreshing lager. Beer for every meal and occasion, has been defined the best beer to accompany pizza, hot dogs, sandwiches, fried chicken, turkey burger, pork kebobs, brie.

As Semedorato Premium at 5.1% ABV. Appearance: Clear gold with a two finger tall white head frothy head od decent retention, Aroma: Grain, crackers, grassy and spicy hop. Taste: Pretty similar. Light sweet, light to medium bitter. Balanced. Clean, malty and hoppy. Hoppy ending & aftertaste. Mouth feel: Medium body, average carbonation. Overall: Pretty drinkable.

0,33l bottle @ Scirocco Sicilian Fish Lab. Straight from the bottle. Clean, malty, bready. Goes excellent with fried seafood.

Sample (from omhper!). Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is grains, some salty tones with mild herbal notes. Flavour is grains, salty tones and some sweet malty tones with some earth.

330ml bottle. Pours clear pale yellow with a tall white head. Aroma is grass, malt, slightly skunky. Taste is light sweet, fruity, grassy. Medium bitter finish. Light bodied. Decent Eurolager.
