Beer of pure barley malt, 5° degrees. Silver medal at US beer tasting (July 2018) with 87/100 points. Winner ad "Cerevisia Award" 2015 in Italy, Perugia: Best lager beer of south Italy and islands. Beer of straw color, with white foam, fine and persistent. At nose dominate notes of malt, vanilla, cereal, floral. In mouth very balanced, with hints of malt and vanilla. A well balanced and refreshing lager. Beer for every meal and occasion, has been defined the best beer to accompany pizza, hot dogs, sandwiches, fried chicken, turkey burger, pork kebobs, brie.

klar gul farge med hvitt skum. Lukter korn og noe sitrus. Lett og enkel lager. Noe sødme i smaken. Medium pluss med kullsyre.

2/7/2022. Bottle shared at fonefan tasting. Pours clear bright gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of bread, malt, caramel, yeast, citrus. Medium sweetness, moderate metallic bitterness. Quite fizzy. Okay.

Bottle @Ulfborg. clear golden, white head. Sweet malt aroma. Malty flavour, sweet. Late, light herbal notes.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - grass. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 020722

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short lioght bitter finish. Watery palate.

Ljust gyllengul klar vätska med vitt skumlock. Lätt gräsig och brödig arom. Hög sötma som precis mästras av en neutral beska.
