Tap. Golden pour, white head. Nose is brett, wood, fruits, malty touch. Taste is funky woody, low fruits, woody touch. Long funky, malty finish, light body, normal carbo. Good un.

On tap @ ChiareScure Festival, Milano 2018. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal fruttato e dallo speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido appare opalescente. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è rosato chiaro. L'amaro è contenuto. L'acidità è pungente. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è acidulo, bruschino e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sulla lingua si fermano impressioni di miele, agrumi e frutti di bosco.

Little cloudy orange beer, small aery irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: funky, brett notes, very lemony, a bit malty, grains. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very lemony, a little bitter, good acidity, stone fruit, spicy touch. Aftertaste: very sour, a little lemony, fruity, malty, nice enough! Not getting any forest fruits though?

Tap at Macche. Hazy deep golden color. Lambic-like funky barnyard nose, lemon. Very lactic, sweet and lemony too, tart, quite good.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, berries - fruit, grapes, red grapes - red wine, barrel, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, grapes, berries, wheat - yeast, pale malt, fruity malt, barrel - wood, grapes - red wine, dry. Tap @ VAF 2018 / 01.12. Whitish pink pour, at first quite foamy but comes down relatively quickly. Super nice nose, some berries, tart, well balanced. Not too acidic, you can still feel some fruit. Tastes tart, fruity and sone sour notes there. Nice funky barnyard, pleasantly fragrant. Could drink more than just a taster.

On tap at OMBF 2018, Krakow. Cloudy reddish orange, medium white head. Fruity, berries, dark fruit, some oak, medium acidity. Medium bodied.
