Brewed in collaboration with Brussel Beer Project to celebrate their fifth year anniversary, this sour is made with barley and wheat for a typical Saison style. We made it "hoppy" by adding Aramis and Equanot only for dryhop, and we used belgian yeasts. A very sour and acidic beer, with lemon/lime notes, grapefruit juice, almost like a sour lemonade.

Bottle from BBP. Pale gold with a small head. Aroma of lemon s. Flavour is dry lemon juice, lime syrup, sour citrus base.

Bouteille 33cl, Bottled 06/09/18, BB 06/03/2019. Dorée, léger paille, col fin blanc. Arôme au bouquet fermenté, fruité agrumes en rétro assez prononcées - citronnelle, citron vert, tropical fruit de la passion - sour, funk. ananas. Palais est aigre effet Berliner. Effet fruité agrumes, pas mal de citronné, pomello sur un fini de bonbon Napoléon, passion pour l'effet tropical mais sour sur la fin, hoppy touch. Retrouve rien ou pas grand chose en terme de saison.

Draught @ Octopussy, Paris. Pours slightly hazy yellow with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, yeast, light sourness, tart fruit, lemonjuice. Flavor is rather sour, malt, yeasty, tart fruity, citrus, lime, lemonjuice. Medium body, average carbonation, acidic finish. 161018

F: big, white, average retention. C: yellow straw, hazy. A: fruity with cheesy tones, bit tropical fruits, bit tangerine. T: sour fruity, lemon, bit lactic, dry on the palate, bit earthy, quite sour lemon simple taste, decent bitterness, medium body and carbonation, good one yet bit too sour for me, enjoyed, draft sample shared @ BBP Wanderlust 2018 in Brussels and 33cl bottle from BBP in Brussels.

Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft @ BBP Wanderlust 2018. Pale citrus, small white. Dude this beer smell like American cheese slices WTF? It tastes like American cheese slices & lemon, sour finish… Plant fat & lemon body. WTF has craft become?
