Capt. Norb Kölsch

Bière rafraîchissante et équilibrée, son manque d’intensité gustative et de complexité lui confère tout de même peu d’intérêt. Cette Captain Norb est la bière de soif par excellence. En verre notre Kölsch est d’un beau blond paille (EBC aux environs de 13), parfaitement limpide. Le mousse blanche ne parvient cependant pas à napper la surface de la bière. Le nez est frais, floral, sur les agrumes et la pêche. Finement houblonnée. L’attaque est décevante, peu aromatique, légèrement amère, avec de faibles notes épicées et d’agrumes. La deuxième monte légèrement en intensité, florale et sur les agrumes. L’arrière bouche quant à elle est peu intéressante sur une amertume légère. La troisième bouche est linéaire avant un final relativement long qui sauve la dégustation. Celui-ci monte en intensité sur un houblon fin (amertume peu intense avec un IBU de 22) , les agrumes et légèrement épicé. L’ensemble est plutôt élégant tout de même avec un sucre bien dosé et un alcool seulement de 4,9 % qui joue relativement bien son rôle. Légèrement ennuyeuse tout de même.

Caña en el I Festival cerveza artesana de Langreo. 08..04..2017. (r52). Color amarillento casi transparente con espuma blanca Sabores suaves maltas ligeros caramelos y suaves afrutados con final suave amargo. Cuerpo ligero fácil de beber. Normal.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hpoppy nice grainy aroma. Moderate bitter nice fresh flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate. Nice.

Bottle, 4.9%. Clear golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, hop, grainy, little caramel and grass. Flavour is malt, grainy, medium sweet, caramel, hop, little grass and a little bitter.

Weich bitterer Beginn, frisch, angenehm getreidig. Geringe Herbe, spritzig, süffig. Trotz weitestgehend originalgetreuem Geschmack nicht langweilig. 11/10/11/11//11

330ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Pale malty, minimally grainy aroma, slightly fruity, hoppy overtones, hints of white bread crust, apricot, mirabelle, lemon, even a mild touch of sauerkraut. Taste is slightly sweet, minimally grainy and bready pale malty, fruity and minimally floral hoppy overtones, hints of apricot, a touch of chamomile. Light, not overly intense, but with very nice subtleties.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and toasted malty. Sweet, toasted and slight grainy. Bitter and slight herbal hoppy finish.

Draft. A golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and minerals. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and minerals, leading to a bitter finish.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - Almost clear yellow golden coloured pour with white head. Grassy and light herbal and floral hoppy, light citrus fruity wash, graaay hoppy finish.
