Bottled (I curiously asked if they happen to have some other things than those listed on the list, as I like the brewery, and ta-daa! there was some bottles of things too). Deep ambery brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is ripe fruits, some tart wood, brett and mild herbal tones. Flavour is ripe fruits, tart wood, mild brett and some winelike elements. Pleasantly tartish dry, but also nicely sweet elements to it.

Bottle, 375ml corked. It pours a hazy chestnut colored body under a small, dense dark beige head. The aroma has lots of oak, dark dried fruits and dark berries, with a leathery funk, hints of cigar and dark chocolate, with a faint cardboardy touch in the far back. Alcohol too, feeling quite vinous. It's full-bodied, tannin-rich and nicely carbonated. Dry, yet with a pleasant sweetness. Vinous, lightly funky flavor with some caramel and dark bread in the back, along with alcohol, wood, leather, barnyard, cigar notes and dark berries. Quite sour, with the finish being the most sour part, pulling the cheeks in. Lasting finish with lots of flavor. A bit sourish I think, but a delicious brew anyway. 210628

Pours hazy deep amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, dried fruits, oak and hint of funk. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long dried fruity, funky, oak and caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft to fizzy

Bottle. Clear amber body with a big creamy tan head. Aroma has malt, red fruit and wood. Taste is sweet malt, caramel, dry fruit, quite much taste of wood/barrel some acidity and slightly funky. Fine balanced body, smooth in aftertaste and all over a fine and balanced beer.

KØLF 291119. Amber color with a beige head. Aroma is alcohol, malt, wine. flavor is alcohol, malt, plums, red wine, dried fruits, brett. Nice beer.

Mahognifarget klar med høyt beige skum. Lukter ristet brød, karamell og sure bær. Middels- i fylde. Sur og maltig smak. Lett bitter brent karamell, sure bær og trevirke.

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, oak, overripe dark fruits, mild vinegar, bloodlike minerals, caramel malts, old grass, bark, alcohol, redwine barrel, sour red berries, soil. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, oak, fruit stones, bloodlike minerals, mild vinegar, redwine barrel, bark, old grass, soil, alcohol, overripe dark fruits. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Nice enough, not really my cup of coffee.

Bottle, #62, nine months after bottling. Pours dark brown, with a big creamy, off white head. Aroma is tart wooden brett, tannins and malty notes with oxidized dark fruits. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is wooden yeast, barrels and roasted malts with oxidized fruits, as well as earthy brett.
