Bottle, 75cl, at Mikkeller. An orange-colored, unclear beer with a big, off-white head that diminishes a bit too soon. Flowery nose, roses I think, lemon, some barnyard and other nice bretty things. Not all my notes are readable... The flavor is bretty and flowery, with hints of spices, and nicely hopped. Not very bitter, but with sufficient amounts. Full-bodied, dry and effervescent. Lasting finish, pretty much like the initial flavor. A really refreshing one, and very tasteful. When thinking back on it, maybe it deserves a slightly higher rating, but this is how I rated it at the moment. 100506

750mL bottle. Color of the beer is dark amber with medium clarity. The head last for a while and has a good sticky lacing. Aroma is a nice vegetal brett with light elderberry-esque aspect. Flavor has a very effervescent character which actually gets in the way of the flavors. Again, more vegetal-brett, particularly in the aftertaste. The beer is slightly drying. Good stuff but not spectacular.

Bottle 750ml.Unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, flowers, moderate yeasty, barnyard, brett. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100624]

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus, pepper, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices - among them pepper, yeast, and fruits, leading to a lightly tart finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruity and mild milky acidic. Fruity, acidic, brett, yeasty. Wooden, fruity and mild phenolic. Dry fruity and phenolic finish. Lasting fruity and mild acidic finish.
