The annual MEUG festival kicks off the start of spring, and this year, the Meug team asked us to brew a special beer for the festival. We settled on a sunny saison, generously hopped with Sorachi Ace.

33cl bottle. A clear deep golden beer with a off white head. Aroma of coconut, bitter citrusy hops. Taste of sweet coconut, citrus hops, yeast, mild resinous hops. Carbonation is medium to high.

30/VI/19 - 33cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte), shared @ Abeel's place, BB: 17/XII/19, bottled: 17/XII/18 - (2019-915)
Clear orange beer, lots of bubbles in the glass, big creamy solid off-white head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of coriander, bit fruity, malty and grainy notes, spicy, bit herbal, some caramel. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: spicy, bit sweet, orange peel, coriander, pretty soapy, some caramel, fruity. Aftertaste: bitter, spicy, bit soapy, oxidized, malty, lots of orange peel, soft bitterness. Not getting much of that Sorachi here…
