The first in our new IPA series comes in the form of Azacca Mosaic, a juicy and refreshing IPA with big hop character! Fruit forward notes of mango, citrus and apricot take centre stage and are complimented by punchy tropical flavours from Hazy Days yeast.

Smakuje jak z laktoza, slodziuchna, ale i owcowa mocno, tak milo jasno tropikalnie, troche albedowo grejfrutowo. Goryczki brak. Taki tam bardzo mily cukiereczek mocno nachmielony. I naplatkowany.

Can from Beer Zoo. It pours cloudy orangey - gold with a decent white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy and tangy, bright pineapple character, mango, tangerine, peach melba, some greenness and sherbet. The taste is dry, green and weedy, some bitterness, nips of pine, mango, papaya, peach, spicy, kick of boozy alcohol and floury bread with a, dry and green finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Ticks all the NEIPA boxes. Aroma on particular is great. Stands out in a crowd of this style.

Keg at ecbf 2019 Friday... Hazy amber.. Small white head.... Soft dry green floral hop nose.. Light dry fruits.. Bitter pinnapple.. Light green

Can picked up at Ghost Whale and shared at the folks in Streatham (30/06/2019) - pours orange with a white head. Can from Lupe Pintos. Murky golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pineapple and flower stems. Flavour of melon rind and orange pith with a peppery finish. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Pithy and hoppy.
