Special batch of our wee heavy, aged with oak chips soaked in Laphroaig whisky, smooth and malty, slightly peated, a bit on the sweet side, with a hint of dried fruit, buttered bread crumb and toffee. Cured with three times mora Carolina Reaper papper than the first hot batch.

Очередная версия нашего шотландского эля, выдержанная с дубовой щепой, вымоченной в островном виски Laphroaig. Мягкий, солодовый, торфяной, слегка сладковатый, с нотой сухофруктов, карамели, бисквита и сливочной тянучки. Настоянный на трёхкратном количестве острого перца Каролина Рипер в сравнении с первой острой версией.

Aroma is sweet with lager-like grain. Flavour has grain typical to lagers, chili, caramel and toffee. A weird chili beer.

Sampled draft @ TCBW 2018. Dark red amber, little head. Nose is too cough syrup, medicinal leaves, herbal. Taste is peated cough syrup, liquorice, too much cough syrup, spicy but not extremely so,… Low carbonation. Heat is fine by me but bit too medicinal cough syrup.

Tap at TCBW 2018. Pours copper. Aroma is cardboard, grains, caramel, chili. Flavor is sweet and bitter, grains, cardboard, caramel, booze, and massive chili. Finish has long chili burn. Overall: feels kind of like ESL with chili...

Draft at TCBW 2018. Clear deep amber brown color tan head. Aroma of burnt caramel, burning bogs. Taste is peaty, rich, with moderate pepper heat. Brewer warned us this is hot and he was right.
