Orange body, with a medium head.
Aroma of citrus, stone fruits, rustic, almost sweaty funk. Tastes similar, with more fruits.
Medium mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes smooth, funky, moderate acidic, citric.
Lovely, while not my favourite vintage, missing a bit more complexity. Still really interesting, with very rustic funk notes that I like a lot.

750mL bottle, pours a clear bright dark orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out has lots of leathery funky, light citrus, and some champagne-like effervescence. Flavour has earthy funk, light champagne-like effervescence, some leathery notes, and a touch of sweaty notes. Not the most invigorating of funk characters, but there’s some nice leathery notes. Good—and slightly better than regular GCB, though I don’t see much connection—but far from Cantillon’s best.

0,75l bottle at home. yellow clear color, small white head. smells funky, earthy, oak, spices, bit lactic. Nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes funky, earthy, citric, herbal, oak, walnuts, peppery. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of walnuts, peppery and spices. Nice to very nice one, one the bitter side of things, lacks a bit the bubbly complexity of the first batch. Good, but not in the same league as the first one

Bottle (2016) shared. Pale yellow color, no head. Aroma and flavor are tart, sourish a bit, very dry finish. Hard to describe properly but quite okay, at least, for a glass, a bottle of this is way too much I'd say. 7-7-7-7-6
Plat als wat, droog, vrij houterig, kazig, vind er helemaal niets aan tbh..

750ml bottle. Poured a hazy golden colour with a short-lived, fizzy white head. The aroma is yeasty, oaky, light citrus. The flavour is moderate sour, with a dry, spicy, yeasty, herbal, molasses, dry, vinous oak palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Awesome.
