750 ml bottle from BXL Beer Fest.
Orange, moderate hazy body, with a medium, frothy, yellowish head.
Lovely, very complex aroma of ripe cheese, barnyard funk, wood, pears, red apples, peach, sour red berries, citrus, subtle horse blanket.
Tastes also amazing, quite similar, surprisingly fruity, while with more dry and vanilla-like barrel notes.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes elegant, dry, pretty wooden, citric, fruity, with young cheese, apples, sweet pears, slight stone fruits, slight vanilla.

Beautiful! Extremely complex, while so round and balanced at the same time, with a perfect mix of funk, fruit and barrel notes. Especially the fruits are surprisingly diverse and the barrel leads to an elegant, dry, wooden note. Propably the best Lambic without any additives (fruits or wine/spirits barrel) I've ever had!
