12 oz. bottle from my Mother in Law. My in-laws live in an area known as Redbridge, and she thought it would be fun to get this beer for me. How cool is that? A big THANK YOU! Now onto the beer. Pour is clear amber with a very minimal off white head. Aroma of a little bit of caramel chemical sweetness. Taste is really quite blah, a little bit of sweetness, not much body, not much taste. The palate was the only part of this that didn’t seem beer like to me - it was a little too slick. However, I will say it was pleasantly devoid of the adjunct off flavors I typically pick up on in AB products. If I was stricken with celiac disease, I probably would drink wine, but this wasn’t too bad.

This brew pours a clear copper-amber color with a medium thick and fizzy off-white head that burns off quickly. Spotty lacing. Aroma of grain and bready malt. Light-bodied with a mildly bitter hops character, and flavors of sweet malt and caramel. The finish is short and lightly bitter. Below average and completely forgettable overall.

Bottle at the Bocktown. Pop the lid for a rather sweet plastic aroma on top of sterile hospital. Pale yellow american lager appearance. Taste is certainly unique beer! A little less intense than Lakefront New Grist Sorghum Beer. Not much bitterness, pretty accepatable. If I was alergic to wheat and barley, would not mind having this once in a while. Decent tingly carbonation. Just enough personality to let you know you are drinken beer.

Draft at Brews in the Village; can’t turn down a free beer to rate; nose of light caramel; claer amber with a small off-white head; flavor was grainy with some light hops that actually were tasteable in an AB beer! Guess i might drink some if I were alergic to glutens!

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a medium amber color with a small khaki head. The aroma was light sweet caramel and fruity hops. The flavor was dry and bitter floral hops with a light body and a long bitter hop finish.
