Pale golden colour, slightly cloudy. Fine white head. The aroma seems to be consisting of many citrus flavours...sugar,orange, cranberry are the three main ones. Slight scents of malt and alcohol even though its only 5.5%. This beer has a flavour of jam. Slightly over carbonated but enough to be very refreshing. The aftertaste is slim to none with berries and sugar. Watery finish.

Light straw cloloured brew with a nice foamy resistent white head. Good carbonation and incredible aroma of cranberry. Very refreshing taste with a medium body. Little bit sour and very refreshing. Another very refreshing beer from Unibroue. My favorite from the Ephemere series. Would be curious to try this on tap.

Pale yellow and quite cloudy, with large billowy head. Dry and tart, with just a hint at cranberry in the aroma and flavor. Well done and nicely balanced. Light acidity provides good tartness. Reminds me of a toned down Berliner weisse with a dab of fruit flavoring. Very refreshing hot weather beer, and pretty much what a fruited wheat beer ought to be if its not going to be a lambic.

Blond-golden color. Fresh aroma, some sourness (vinegar), spices. In the flavor, some citrus fruits, some sourness. Refreshing, not impressive.

Tan, cloudy w/pillowy white head. Cranberry aroma with vague bread, wood and hop...in other words, you know there's beer underthere somewhere. Mostly cranberry on the the palate, as the malt and hops both sit back and chill out. The yeast, as in all Ephemeres, is still very much a factor. Refreshing and fruity with an off-dry finish and less tartness than the others in this series.
