Brewery draught, 3/1/24. Heavily hazy, small, off-white head, moderate retention. Golden-brass-bronze. Juicy nose with a fair bit of pine accents, light spice, heavy ester from yeast (ebullient fruits) and a solid base malt backing of typical honey, cracker and biscuit-like character. Clean, not boozey, not resinous. Soft, juicy, thick but malty and attenuated with plentiful clementine, grapefruit, light pine, deep spice from cashmere and lingering yeast ester alongside fruity, juicy mango. Clean and well-executed. No booze or resin.

Cloudy pineapple yellow-orange body, thick puffy off-white to cream head. Aroma loaded with guava, also lime and clementines, with a gin-and-tonic tart sweetness. Body a tropical fruit blend, especially guava and passionfruit, with additional notes of lime, bubblegum, and modest onion. Reminiscent of Hop Butcher for the World's Neon Green Relish.

16 oz can. Aroma is pineapple, lime peel, and maybe peach. The flavor is the aroma with the addition of a mild or pine to help balance the fruit. Very little bitterness with a juicy texture. I needed this right now!! Goes down easy.

Pours murky pear into an English pint. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving scan sheets to coat surface. Sweet mango, pineapple and lychee aromas. Soft with sweet lychee, guava and papaya upfront turning to dusty dried apricot in the medium length finish.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 9/26/2019. Pours opaquely hazy golden/amber/green color with a 1 finger fairly dens eand fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, toasted biscuit, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, toasted biscuit, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness in on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, toasted biscuit, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Mild increasing warmth of 8% after the finish. Overall this is an an awesome NEDIPA. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish. Nicely soft and not overly aggressive. Awesome Azacca, Cashmere and Citra profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy hops; with a great balancing wheat/oat/malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and outstanding spot on style example as expected.
