Hazy orange pour with an off white head with good lacing. It has a citrus and tropical fruit aroma. The flavor is moderately bitter with citrus and grassy notes and malty sweetness. Medium bodied. Pretty good.

Taster at Columbus taproom. Pale golden, soft, spotty head. Sweet, light fruity aroma, soft tropical fruity aroma. Taste is mellow and subtle and this beer us gone before you know it. Silky.

12oz can. Galaxy and Waimea, I'm on board. Best by March 2020...and it's the end of April now...tastes like it too unfortunately. Kind of a diesel onion aroma which doesn't add up. Tropical tones have kind of turned. Kind of tastes like a strong East Coast IPA of the past. Disappointing, will have to re-rate it fresh.

Can at home, picked up online, 01/04/20. Almost clear pale golden yellow with a decent lasting just off white cap. Nose is juicy citric zest, melon, grass, tangerine, floral notes, papaya. Taste comprises orange zest, touch of Lilt, melon, grass, hint of pineapple, mellow tropical fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy hop bitterness. Solid clean drinking IPA with an old skool lean.

12 oz can. Pours a bright yellow with the lightest of hazes and a white head. Tropical fruit, grapefruit and lemon hops in the aroma. Flavor more herbal, grassy hops, but still definitely has the lemony grapefruit citrus. I don't usually like too much grassy hop flavor, but as part of the particular flavor profile here, it's easy to like. Pretty nice.

Tangerine, guava, biscuit malt, earthy pine and grapefruit peel aroma. Pale yellow with large white head. Moderately sweet citrus, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter dank grapefruit peel and pine flavor. Nice body and balance. Excellent.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, best before 2/2020. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, red apple, blackberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, white grape/wine, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread, toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, red apple, blackberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, white grape/wine, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread, toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, red apple, blackberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, white grape/wine, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread, toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and minimal lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and sticky/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 7%. Overall this is an awesome IPA. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and easy to drink with the moderately bitter/resinous/drying finish; not overly aggressive. Feels like Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, Moteuka, and Pacific Gem. Extremely vibrant, dank, earthy, and fairly juicy hops; with a nice clean pale malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp resin dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive west coast style example as expected.
