12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 8/18/2019. Pours very hazy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 1 finger dense and rocky off white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big ruby grapefruit, tangerine, orange juice, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, honeydew melon, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big ruby grapefruit, tangerine, orange juice, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, honeydew melon, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Mild pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of ruby grapefruit, tangerine, orange juice, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, honeydew melon, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance; and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, fairly sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is fantastic. Mild increasing warmth of 8.1% after the finish. Overall this is an outstadning NEDIPA. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV, with the mildly bitter/resinous/drying finish. Fantastic soft/silky feel. Fantastic Centennial showcase. Very juicy, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a good sized wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding spot on style example.

Can from explosivedog: pours somewhat hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is light mango, papaya, general ripe tropical stuff. Taste is pretty sweet, with loads of fruitiness. Not sure that I am a huge fan of the specific type of fruitiness.

Can. Pours hazy bright yellow. Pine, grapefruit, sweet, perfume, lavender, peach, nectarine. Good body. Bit overbearingly sweet and flowery.

Seems more yeasty than hoppy, with a bready lemon backbone topped by equal parts grapefruit and chive-vegetal funkiness. Mild pine bitterness comes through on the back end, with a dry finish peppered with berry and wet vegetation. Not the most pleasant of flavor profiles, in other words. No hop burn, at least.
