We teamed up with Whitewater Brewing Company to create this refreshing tart treat. Chamomile flowers dance with Citra hops over a meandering light barley, oat, and wheat base sour beer. Timber tails is named to celebrate the historical co-operation of our equine friends and the log-drivers of the Ottawa River Valley.

Bottle shared at THT August ‘19. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of funk, oak, citrus, tart peach and lactic notes. Flavour is moderate sweet sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled at THT August. Bit hazy yellow golden with small white head. Cinnamon, chamomile, lime, sour wheat, soft oak, vanilla. Over medium sour, almost medium sweet. Medium bodied. Nice!

A murky grapefruit juice like offering with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, nice mix of tart cherry, lemon and light chamomile. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light vanilla, chamomile, light acidity, light lemony notes, faint butter. On tap at brewery.
