16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 8/14/2019. Pours moderate hazy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart/sour lemon, lime, orange, red grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, red/green apple, white grape/wine, citrus peel/zest, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of peppercorn, pine, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/light earthy hops, fruity/acidic yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tart/sour lemon, lime, orange, red grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, red/green apple, white grape/wine, citrus peel/zest, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of peppercorn, pine, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate lactic tang/tartness; and light pine, herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/sour lemon, lime, orange, red grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, red/green apple, white grape/wine, citrus peel/zest, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light peppercorn/pine/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/light earthy hops, fruity/acidic yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tart/tangy balance, and no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering sour/tang/tartness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy/acidic/tangy, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.2%. Overall this is an awesome dry hopped sour ale. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/light earthy hops, fruity/acidic yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/drying finish. Very flavorful for the ABV, and mellowly lactic. Awesome Vic Secret, Citra, Mosaic profile. Very juicy/vibrant hops and Lacto complexity; light dank/earthy notes; with a nice pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Mild residual sweetness with crisp acidic/tangy dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive style example.

Can, from Legacy. Hazy light amber colour. Thin head. Really bright, dank and rich hop aroma. Massive mosaic, but the others are in there, too. Light body. Quite tart. The base beer has maybe some lemony sourness, but otherwise doesn't offer much more than a platform for white grapefruit, floral notes, and tangerines. Still, there's worse things in this world.
