12 oz can from Tavour, 12/27/21. Canned 7/29/21. Hazed orange, white head, moderate-to-heavy lace. Bright strawberry aroma, pineapple comes through as well, but I get a lot more of the strawberry. Drinks really bright and clean. Somewhat sweet. Not very tart. Really impressed by this one. 9/4/8/5/17

Can. Pours hazy orange, small off-white head, decent lacing. Aroma has pineapple, perhaps strawberry, but it is notoriously hard to get a strawberry beer to actually taste like strawberries, and this is no exception. Initial aroma and flavor are a bit off-putting, hint of sulphur. After breathing a bit things settle down however. Flavor is light plus tart, pineapples, prickly pear perhaps. Medium body. Not really a flavor combination that is doing anything for me.

Can as pictured. Pour is clear pale, like many pale lagers. Slight interesting awkward mildly fruit tart nose. First taste is not as fruity as expected, the nicely done tartness is rather upfront, sizzles the palate a little. Tastes nice and has an interestingly friendly sour fun feel about it. Good overall beer tasting experience, better than expected? Goes down way too easy for a 8% brew, I'd of never known.....heheh,: Could drink another, wish I bot 2. Be careful with this fun one. You'd never know it had strawberry and pineapple in it, it's indistinguishably pleasant, yet tasty. Not bad overall! Much better than most other pineapple and/or strawberry brews. So many come across as artificial or acrid, but this don't!

On draught at Brewdog during Annual General Mayhem on 08/24/2019. Cloudy orange-amber color with a medium white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of pineapple, wheat and strawberry. Medium body with flavors of tart pineapple, slightly funky wheat, strawberry and biscuit malt. The finish is fruity with a pineapple and strawberry aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 8/1/2019. Pours opaquely hazy/murky reddish orange/green/amber color with a 1 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy strawberries, pineapples, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, orange juice, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light biscuit/peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of strawberry, pineapple, fruity/acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge juicy/tart/tangy strawberries, pineapples, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, orange juice, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light biscuit/peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy strawberries, pineapples, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, orange juice, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light biscuit/peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of strawberry, pineapple, fruity/acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a fantastic malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tartness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and body; with a very smooth and moderately creamy/grainy/acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.9%. Overall this is a fantastic fruited sour ale. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of strawberry, pineapple, fruity/acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish; not overly lactic. Fantastic balance of super juicy/jammy fruit, Lacto complexity, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Mild residual sweetness with crisp acidic/tangy dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding style example as expected. I love the whole Midwest Fruit Tart series.

12 oz. Aroma is strawberry, pineapple, orange, blueberry, banana—all kinds of fruits that aren’t actually in the beer. Pours murky orange, like juice, with a one finger off white head with decent retention. Taste is moderately sour (6.5/10), finishing somewhat dry. A little thin and watery. Tasty fruit beer.
