On tap at Himmeriget, pours an opaque cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright, tart apricots, light lacto, and some mineraly notes. Flavour is more pronounced, with mineraly notes, tart apricots, and lacto. Not very elegant - it's alright.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned in 7/2019. Pours very hazy deep golden/amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy of white head with solid retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy apricots, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, cinnamon, peppercorn, hay, straw, grass, brown sugar, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of apricots, fruity/acidic yeast, cinnamon, brown sugar, and pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy apricots, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, cinnamon, peppercorn, hay, straw, grass, brown sugar, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and cinnamon spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy apricots, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, cinnamon, peppercorn, hay, straw, grass, brown sugar, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of apricots, fruity/acidic yeast, cinnamon, brown sugar, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness, tangy fruit, and cinnamon spiciness balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tart/tangy/spiciness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately bready/grainy/acidic/tangy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 6%. Overall this is an awesome fruited/spiced sour ale. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of apricots, fruity/acidic yeast, cinnamon, brown sugar, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/spicy/drying finish. Nicely soft for the style, mellowly lactic. Awesome balanced juicy apricots, cinnamon, and lacto complexity; with a great brown sugar, and wheat/malt backbone against acidity. Mild residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected of the brewery. Not overwhelming on any aspect.
