Pours hazy mango into a tulip. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Mango and passion fruit aromas. Soft with sweet lychee, melon and white smarties upfront turning to pith and peel in the hot medium length finish.

Can from the Packie Hazy murky grapefruit in color with a frothy rocky white head that persists. Grapefruit pineapple and apricot with bits of earthy pine and a sweet bready malt to back it up. Pretty tasty brew.

Got in a trade with SawDog505. 16 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Pours opaquely hazy deep golden/orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, berries, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, berries, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Mild pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, berries, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a solid malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is fantastic. Slight lingering resins/rinds through the glass. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.8%. Overall this is an incredible NEDIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the big ABV, with the mildly bitter/drying finish; amazingly soft feel. Amazing Galaxy, Columbus profile. Extremely juicy and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a perfectly balanced wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazingly spot on style example. One of their best I've had yet.

Can. Hazy appearance. Aroma is decent citrus, pineapple, and malt. The flavor is slightly better than the 12 samples I had at the brewery months ago. The flavor is moderately sweet, grapefruit, pineapple, light citrus. Citrus comes forward as it warms. Pretty decent.

Draft taster pour at Powder Keg Beer & Chili Festival. Appearance is milky, yellow opaque with no sparkle, thin ring of off-white head--grapefruit juice looking. Aroma is strong grapefruit, spices?--delicious smelling, and intriguing as it's hard to pin down--with some fruit and citrus. Taste is strong grapefruit, citrus. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with nice thin, smooth, frothy texture, carbonation is average and finish as taste. Overall, strong, unique aroma. If taste had followed, would have been special. As is, strong, juicy flavors--not ground breaking but good and solid.

Draught at the brewery, 6/30 and crowler drunk 8/14/18.
While the beer was awesome and so good that I chose a crowler of it to take home, it was nothing compared to the actual aged crowler. At a whopping 7 weeks old, the thing still poured a perma-hazed copper-brass with a glorious amount of well-retained, off-white head.
Expecting the worst, but instead it smells absolutely wonderfully hoppy. Lush, mineral-rich, with tons of Galaxy spice, well-attenuated, biscuity malts and plentiful, but well-lagered, papaya-melon-mango-like yeast and hop interplay. Juicy as all hell, with rustic, earthy and funky Galaxy notes, as well as lime-mango, pineapple, white wine and more spice on the end. Ultra-tight carbonation, a supple, malty texture and no resin, flaw or alcohol. A real delight to drink and it went down very easily for 8%. These guys obviously know what's up with NE IPAs. Very impressed with the perma-haze on the 7 week cold fridge rested crowler.
