Perfectly clear pink and almost violet coloured body with faint, sliver of a pure white head that fades very quickly and leaves absolutely nothing on top. Aroma of tart raspberries, a lot of funk, some alcohol, astringency and a dose of earthy and lightly fruity notes, but some tart and lightly soured scents are the strongest. Light-bodied; Very herbal and 'dirty' earthy flavours show first with a dash of blueberries and raspberries with their stems left on, with some tart lactose, fructose and apples/pears added to the mix, while also showing some funk at the very end, purely from the yeast. Aftertaste shows some more tart and soured fruits with a pungent earthy bite and a dose of alcohol, all finishing with some hay and grass as well. Overall, an interesting beer that shows [about] what you'd expect it to, when looking at the label and imagining what you'd get inside the can, which, isn't a bad beer, but is somewhat flailing, looking for a singular style to get behind. I sampled this sixteen ounce can, purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 23-June-2019 for US$4,89 sampled at home in Washington on 01-November-2019.

The Aromas are minerally tart fruit. Flavors are similar to nose with fruit coming on a bit stronger and the minerals being maybe salt and some metallic in the Finish. Good body and carbonation. Decent beer

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 6/4/2019. Pours slightly hazy medium orange/amber color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy key limes, red cherries, fruit skin/pits, citrus zest, lemon, orange, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of key lime, cherry, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy key limes, red cherries, fruit skin/pits, citrus zest, lemon, orange, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy key limes, red cherries, fruit skin/pits, citrus zest, lemon, orange, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of key lime, cherry, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/lactose/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with zero cloying/puckering flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering tartness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, and fairly acidic/tangy/tannic mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 7.3%. Overall this is an excellent milkshake sour. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of key lime, cherry, fruity/acidic yeast, lactose, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish. Great soft feel, not overly lactic. Awesomely balanced juicy/jammy fruit and Lacto complexity; with a great lactose, and wheat/oat/malt backbone against acidity. Light residual sweetness with lingering acidic/tangy dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected.
